THE BODY BALANCE PACKAGE

Sessions - Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi

Our highly praised Mind/ Body sessions focus on muscle lengthening, strengthening and aligning the body through a series of controlled movements. Perfect for clients with back problems, stressful jobs, or sport injuries. The series of exercises will help to bring the body back into alignment and promote well-being. It will help to relieve or banish back pain and tension within the neck and shoulders. Particularly good for those of you who sit behind a desk all day long hunched over a computer with infrequent breaks.
