Do I have to take out a membership or contract or pay a joining fee or pay an annual fee to take part in the boot camp?
You've got two choices here. Once you've done your first bootcamp if you choose Miracle Fitness Bootcamps as your choice of fitness then you will have the option to take out a short term membership with us which means you will pay less to do the bootcamp on a regular basis. Alternatively you can pay as you go for whichever bootcamp you choose to sign up to. Some of our clients tend to do back to back boot camps and some tend to do one boot camp, miss another and then return at a later date for another boot camp. The system is flexible and the decision is yours. Bootcamp Fitness tends to become the choice of fitness for our clients.
How do I make a payment for the bootcamp?
Payment for the bootcamp can be made in cheque or via bank transfer. We hope to have an online payment facility soon. Payments must be made before the start of the bootcamp.
What happens if it rains?
Our bootcamps are designed with the elements in mind. To embrace the great outdoors is to embrace the experience. Most clients are stuck in offices all day long, so to be in the great outdoors is a welcomed change. Light rain is bliss, heavy rain is certainly a no no and the session is usually cancelled and rescheduled. Excercise should be challenging and enjoyable at the sametime. You will usually be notified beforehand via text of any cancellations. And remember in the winter we are mostly indoors, so he only wetness you’ll feel is the perspiration as you tackle those fit issues.
Are the men and women bootcamps combined?
Yes, the bootcamps are men and women combined.
I am coming from work. Is there somewhere to put my things?
Yes. For the majority of sessions we train on the same spot and your things are in close proximity at all times. Sometimes we also move about the park and you’ll be informed beforehand to bring the minimum. Depending on what we are doing we may lock the stuff in the boot of a car. When we are indoors, your possessions are laid to the side, within view. Your instructor is also super observant and super fast.
How should I dress for exercising? What should I bring?
Appropriate exercise clothing and running/ cross training shoes are necessary from the outset. We say dress appropriately for the time of year. Always have a bottle of water to keep hydrated and a little snack for after the session.
What happens if I am ill or injured or I have to work late, or I have missed my train? Do I get a refund?
There are no refunds. However, you can transfer up to 2 missed sessions to another bootcamp with our 'Full Bootcamps Package. We have a very high attendance record. When something is so good no one ever wants to miss. To create that fitness change and see the difference it takes some level of discipline. The bootcamp is only three or four weeks and hopefully you will not be ill, injured and like most of our clients, you will arrange any social activities around the bootcamp. On the bootcamp you are doing something for you, because you matter. The sessions are only one hour long and that’s two evenings a week and one weekend day, so lots of other time for other things. Depending on your sport injury, alternative exercises will be given and only in extreme circumstances will a transfer of sessions be given (details sent via email). The bootcamp is only three times a week for three or four weeks and the instructor is always there and so are the majority of participants.
Are the bootcamps run back to back?
Sometimes bootcamps are run back to back but there is usually a two or three week break between bootcamps.
Do you do Personal Training?
We do offer Personal Training to anyone. Clients on the bootcamp receive a discount off our regular Personal Training package.
I exercise regularly. Will I get a good workout from this?
Yes you will. We have a number of clients who also have gym memberships and consider themselves to be fit. Through our range of exercises and drills they have discovered a new and more challenging level of fitness which makes the bootcamp a rewarding one for them. We continuously see clients who have been doing basic exercises wrong for years which is why our clients say that the bootcamp is like Personal Training in a group setting. The bootcamp is designed to work the body in a variety of ways helping the client to make a breakthrough in fitness from old and habitual training patterns. We are so good that our clients are even cancelling their gym memberships in favour of the bootcamp. Why not take a read of our testimonials page and see what our clients are saying for yourself.
How about me? I am unfit. I do not exercise at all, will I be able to keep up. Is everyone superfit.
Our testimonials reflect the different types of fitness levels on our bootcamps from the absolute beginner to the gym queens. You will be continuously guided thorough a series of exercises, demonstrations, instructions, and a lot of the Personal Trainers knowledge is departed to you where appropriate to coax you on and to empower you to be able to do the exercises proficiently.
When I see the word bootcamp I think hardcore and military? Is this like that?
Absolutely not. This is not our style. The bootcamp is suitable for novice exercisers and fitness enthusiasts. Individuals will be allowed to work at their own personal level and intensity. After an initial bout of exercises and observation, you instructor will push you in the direction you will need to go to achieve your goals
