Do I have to take out a membership or contract or pay a joining fee or pay an annual fee to take part in the boot camp?

You’ve got two choices here. Once you’ve done your first bootcamp if you choose Miracle Fitness Bootcamps as your choice of fitness then you will have the option to take out a short term contract with us which means you will pay less to do the bootcamp on a regular basis. Miracle Fitness remains the cheapest bootcamp in South East London and also the number one choice for bootcamp exercise. Look at the pictures on the website, watch the video, and visit our social media Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and You Tube. We’re good at making people fit.

Alternatively you can pay as you go for whichever bootcamp package you choose to sign up to. Please note that it is not possible to purchase individual bootcamp sessions. Pay as you go means that the clients pays to do the whole bootcamp but at a higher rate as opposed to the client on contract who does the bootcamp regularly. Client loyalty and regular attendance are rewarded. Adhoc fitness is not rewarded.

How do I make a payment for the bootcamp?

Payments for the bootcamp are made via bank transfer and once a client confirms that they would like to do a bootcamp we send them all the info they would need to know via email.

What happens if it rains?

The bootcamps take place in all weather. Fitness knows no weather and fitness knows no holiday. The exception: if it is raining heavily then the bootcamps are cancelled as we do want the experience to be enjoyable and heavy rainfall does not allow for this. The rain that one would walk about in is the rain we are referring to.

Are the men and women bootcamps combined?

Men and women are on the same bootcamp.

I am coming from work. Is there somewhere to put my things?

Yes. For the majority of sessions we train on the same spot and your things are in close proximity at all times. We exercise around the belongings. Sometimes we also move about the park and you’ll be informed beforehand to bring the minimum. Depending on what we are doing we may lock the stuff in the van. When we are indoors, your possessions are laid to the side, within view. Your instructor is also super observant and super fast.

How should I dress for exercising? What should I bring?

Normal fitness attire including proper footwear is required and this information is also sent to you once you are signed up.

What happens if I am ill or injured or I have to work late, or I have missed my train or i don’t like it? Do I get a refund?

There are no refunds or transfer of fees from one bootcamp to another. We have a very high attendance record because this is structured fitness and not come when you feel like. When something is so good no one ever wants to miss. To create that fitness change and see the difference it takes some level of discipline. The bootcamp is only four weeks and hopefully you will not be ill, injured, snowed in, working late, being a social butterfly, having a fair weather day or just cannot motivate yourself. Like most of our clients you will arrange any social activities around the bootcamp. On the bootcamp you are doing something for you, because you matter.

The sessions are only one hour long and that’s two evenings a week and one weekend day (fifty minutes long), so lots of time for other things. Depending on your sport injury, alternative exercises will be given and only in extreme circumstances will a transfer of sessions be given (details of this are sent via email) provided a proper doctors note is supplied to us. The bootcamp is only three times a week for four weeks and the instructor is always there and so are the majority of participants. We say be at your bootcamp and make the most of your experience. If you truly want to make a difference with your fitness then you have to follow our structured fitness.

Do you do Personal Training?

We do offer Personal Training to anyone. Clients on the bootcamp receive a discount off our regular Personal Training package. Email us via our contact page for details.

I exercise regularly. Will I get a good workout from this?

Yes you will. We have a number of clients who also have gym memberships and consider themselves to be fit. Through our range of exercises and drills they have discovered a new and more challenging level of fitness which makes the bootcamp a rewarding one for them. We continuously see clients who have been doing basic exercises wrong for years which is why our clients say that the bootcamp is like Personal Training in a group setting. The bootcamp is designed to work the body in a variety of ways helping the client to make a breakthrough in fitness from old and habitual training patterns.

We are so good that our clients in turn cancel their gym memberships in favour of the bootcamp. Why not take a read of our testimonials page and see what our clients are saying for yourself.

How about me? I am unfit. I do not exercise at all, will I be able to keep up. Is everyone superfit?

Our testimonials and our social media on the home page reflects the different types of fitness levels on our bootcamps from the absolute beginner to the gym queens. Look at the video on our website. You will see all shapes and sizes. They’re moving and so can you. You will be continuously guided thorough a series of exercises, demonstrations, instructions, and a lot of the Personal Trainers knowledge is departed to you where appropriate to coax you on and to empower you to be able to do the exercises proficiently.

When I see the word bootcamp I think hardcore and military? Is this like that?

Absolutely not. This is not our style. The bootcamp is suitable for novice exercisers and fitness enthusiasts. Individuals will be allowed to work at their own personal level and intensity. After an initial bout of exercises and observation, you instructor will push you in the direction you will need to go to achieve your goals. The video on our website shows some the exercises clients could expect to do.

The rule is – if you miss, you miss. The bootcamp is competitively priced and frequently on sale. If you cannot make a session(s) or if you miss a session the bootcamp continues as usual with the other participants. Think about it this way, if you were a member of a gym and you did not go for a whole month or maybe you went six times in a month which tends to be the trend with most people who have gym memberships, you would not go to the gym and ask for a refund because you did not go to the gym for a whole month. The same principle applies to the bootcamp. Presently we do allow clients to make up missed sessions by attending another one of our bootcamps that is running simultaneously to the bootcamp that they are on, just on different days. This only applies if we are running two bootcamps at the same time. Clients can make up any missed sessions by attending any of our other bootcamps that are running during the same time period as the bootcamp they are attending. We have bootcamps in Crystal Palace, Brockley, Herne Hill, Beckenham, Carshalton, South Norwood/ Addiscombe and Croydon. It is not possible to transfer sessions from one bootcamp to another bootcamp. This can be done for the duration of the bootcamp that you are on.

5. There are no transfer of fees from one bootcamp to another. There are no transfer of fees from one Supple Strength package to another.
