Miracle Fitness Bootcamps are designed to create a positive change in your fitness. We will get you moving in the great outdoors with drills and exercises to get you fit and fab. You’ll be part of an exercising group of amazing people who share the best of themselves at each session towards one common goal which is a fit and healthy lifestyle. This is outdoor Fitness and Wellbeing at it’s best. And you can do it too. There are levels for all abilities and over the course of the bootcamp you are guided to ask more of yourself by doing more and by also choosing more intense options as your fitness improves. Trust us your fitness will improve and you will want to do more. We will instruct the exercises for you, we will demonstrate the exercises for you and then it’s up to you to get moving to fulfil your bootcamp experience.
